Traditionally, yoga was taught one to one. Individualized instruction is tailored to nurture and challenge each student as they progress on their yoga journey. Sarah's teaching focuses on asana (physical practice) combined with breath work and mediation as a pathway to self exploration and deepened awareness.
Private sessions create space for a more dynamic, transformational experience, and include individualized adjustments and modifications to optimize your asana practice while keeping you safe.
Sarah offers 60 to 90 minute sessions for up to 4 students of all levels of experience. Private sessions can be at your home, a park, the Happy Baby studio in south Newcastle, or Maya Whole Health in Renton.
