Yoga All Levels
Viniyoga inspired class, designed to build range of motion, strength, and expand our yoga horizons!
Vinyasa Yoga
A faster paced class where we flow with our breath. May include advanced poses and themes.
Gentle Yoga
This is a slower yoga practice using a mix of viniyoga flows, static holds, and pranayama (breath). Good class for beginners, active older adults, or anyone looking for a more relaxing practice. May be prenatal friendly *please tell me before class if you are expecting*
Yin/Restorative YogaClass includes both yin and restorative yoga - yin is a meditative practice where we hold stretches for several minutes while practicing a mindfulness mediation. Restorative yoga is similar in that most poses are on the floor and are held for several minutes, but the intention is different - poses are supported to encourage relaxation.
Yoga private sessions
Private sessions can be in your home, outdoors, or at the YMCA (booked through the Y). Sarah teaches a range of formats from yin yoga to vinyasa and has extensive experience teaching seniors and expectant parents. More info ; Availablility
Workshops
Coping with Labor Birth Preparation This 2-hour partner workshop will provide an opportunity for you to relax and connect, while learning exercises and techniques to prepare you for the experience of childbirth.
