Yoga All Levels Mondays & Fridays 9:30 am, Saturday 9:15 am. Vinyasa inspired class, designed to build range of motion, strength, and expand our yoga horizons!
Gentle Yoga Wednesday 9:30 am - this is a slower yoga practice using a mix of viniyoga flows, static holds, and pranayama (breath). Good class for beginners or people returning to yoga after a break of a few years or anyone looking for a more relaxing practice.
AOA Yoga Friday 10:45 am Yoga for active older adults/senior. Emphasis is on mobility, strength, balance, and community.

Tired of Zoom but not ready to return to a group class? Private sessions can be in your home, outdoors, or at One Mind Yoga. Sarah teaches a range of formats from yin yoga to vinyasa and has extensive experience teaching seniors and expectant parents. Click here for more info.
